Our policy
At Tic Toc Tiny Tots we aim to support the family and consider our service a small community incorporating the children, educators, service scheme, parents and carers.
It is important that you feel comfortable with our service, care and philosophy. It is also important to bring your child and see where they feel comfortable. You want your decision to be where both you and your child feel most comfortable. You may revisit at an alternative time/ day if you wish and we encourage the parent/ carer to stay and quietly observe the child interacting in the environment.
Ongoing communications with parents help all parties to share important and insightful information about each child’s learning needs and or the family day care are available through our educator- parent sessions, daily sign in and other informal opportunities.

About our Payment Schedule
All finance arrangements are managed through our online system for your convenience. A two week bond is held upon registration, refundable at the end of service.
One Registration we will provide: Enrollment and Fee agreement, Fee requirements, Bond, Payment of fees policy, Bond letter.
